Had never used a Buyers Advocate before, we were initially somewhat sceptical about the process. Purchased a property with Roman driving the process, you would be crazy to do it any other way. As a NSW resident purchasing in WA for our SMSF, without Roman this could have turned into a nightmare. What we got - video recordings with commentary of various possibly locations - key info related to the locations - time and money saved as opposed to us travelling over and doing it for ourselves - a property price that was conservatively $50k less than expected Their fee was well worth it. If we purchased again in Perth we would go straight to RPS to do it.

After having spoken to a few different buyer’s agents and not being to keen I was lucky enough to have come across Peter from resolve, from the start he was thorough, patient and genuinely listened to what I wanted with a no sugar coating approach. Peter found and was able to secure me an off market property that was exactly what I was looking for, for well under the average price in a difficult market. Working away it was very difficult to see properties and have the time to look but he took care of everything. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a buyers agent :)!
