The Real Estate Institute of Western Australia held their annual Awards for Excellence, on Tuesday 11 November. According to REIWA President Suzanne Brown, the real estate industry is often spoken about in terms of dollars spent and market statistics, but the Awards are really about people.
“The Awards celebrate outstanding real estate professionals whose exemplary professional conduct sets the gold standard for practitioners in Western Australia. This year’s winners have set new benchmarks for professionalism and strong client outcomes, consistently meeting market challenges with innovative solutions,” Ms Brown said.
For 2025, Buyer’s Agent of the Year was awarded to the founder and director of Resolve Property Solutions, Peter Gavalas.
Peter was acknowledged as being ‘known for his professionalism, communication and collaboration with selling agents, making the whole process smoother and more successful for all involved.’
They also noted how he had ‘supported clients with complex and emotional transactions, whether navigating illness and health related relocations or competitive markets, offering calm strategic support every step of the way.’
Peter works hard, not just for his own clients, but to maintain high standards of practice for the entire team at Resolve Property Solutions. It was an honour to have his commitment and efforts recognised. Congratulations Peter!
